1. Introducon and Acceptance
These Terms and Condions determine the rules of use for the Prüfsim applicaon
provided by Elit Creave. By downloading, accessing, or using the applicaon on your
device, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms contained in this agreement in
advance. In the event that users violate these rules or engage in behaviors contrary to the
purpose of the applicaon, our Company reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or
permanently delete the relevant accounts without prior noce.
2. Intellectual Property and License of Use
The intellectual property rights of all designs, soware codes, texts, logos, and other
materials within the Prüfsim applicaon belong enrely to Elit Creave. Users are granted
only a limited license to use the applicaon for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the applicaon for any
commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.
3. User Obligaons and Prohibited Acvies
In the Prüfsim applicaon, each user's prole is enrely private to them and cannot be
viewed by other users. However, users are obligated to use the applicaon in accordance
with its normal operaon. Exploing potenal system vulnerabilies, soware bugs, or
security weaknesses within the applicaon to gain unfair advantages, obtain unauthorized
tokens, or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. The accounts of users found to be
engaged in such acons will be closed immediately and permanently without prior noce.
4. Purchases, Token/Membership System, and Refund Policy
In-app purchases (tokens and memberships) take place instantly. All payment, cancellaon,
and refund processes are subject to the rules of the Google Play Billing and Apple In-App
Purchase plaorms. No refunds will be issued for purchased tokens. Subscripon
(membership) cancellaons do not cover the current period; they only stop the renewal for
the next period (month). Our Company reserves the right to change package and token
prices at any me. Exisng tokens and acve memberships in the accounts of users whose
accounts are closed due to rule violaons or fraud will be permanently deleted; no fee or
entlement refunds will be made under any circumstances in these cases.
5. Limitaon of Liability and Service Interrupons
The Prüfsim applicaon is provided to users strictly "as is" and does not guarantee 100%
uninterrupted or error-free operaon. Our Company accepts no responsibility in the event
that the service is temporarily interrupted due to server maintenance, mandatory updates,
infrastructure issues, or unforeseen technical failures. No compensaon, right, or refund
can be claimed from the Company for such interrupons or data losses.
6. Terminaon of Agreement and Dispute Resoluon
Our Company reserves the right to completely remove the Prüfsim applicaon from
publicaon or terminate the services it oers at any me without prior noce. In the
resoluon of any legal disputes that may arise from the implementaon or interpretaon
of this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and the Courts and
Enforcement Oces of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdicon.
7. Educaonal Content, Arcial Intelligence, and Exam Responsibility
Exam Success Guarantee and Instuonal Aliaon: Prüfsim is an independent
support tool designed for preparaon purposes for ocial language exams (e.g.,
Telc). The applicaon does not guarantee passing or denive success in real
exams. Furthermore, the applicaon has no organic link or partnership with the
ocial instuons that organize the exams in queson.
Arcial Intelligence and Evaluaons: The scoring and language level diagnoses
within the applicaon operate on an arcial intelligence infrastructure. These
evaluaons do not replace an ocial human evaluaon or cercate and may
contain a margin of error. They are intended solely for educaonal feedback
purposes.
User Inputs: Text (wring) responses provided by users during exam simulaons are
processed solely for the purpose of operang the instant evaluaon and scoring
system.
