Company"), developed by Elit Creave. This document explains how we collect, use, and
protect your personal data when you use our services. By downloading and using the

During your use of the Prüfsim applicaon, only the following data is collected in order to
provide services to you:
Data You Provide Directly: Your name, email address, and prole picture
informaon are collected during the account creaon and prole management
stages.
Automacally Collected Data: Your Device ID informaon is automacally recorded
for the proper funconing and security of the applicaon.
Our applicaon does not request permission to access your device's camera, microphone,
locaon informaon, or photo gallery.
3. Purpose of Data Use
Your collected data is used in the following ways to provide you with uninterrupted service
and to improve your applicaon experience:
Your Personal Data (Name, Email, Prole Picture): Used for creang and managing
your user account, tracking your in-app tokens (credits) and
subscripon/membership processes, and keeping a record of your personal
stascs.
Your Device Data (Device ID): Used to ensure the security of your account, control
unauthorized mul-device access, and detect and resolve technical errors that may
occur in the applicaon.
4. Sharing with Third Pares (Analycs, Adversing, and Service Providers)
Your personal data and device informaon are not shared with any third-party companies
for analycs or adversing purposes. There are no adversements displayed in our
applicaon, and all your data is stored enrely in our own secure database.
Your in-app purchases (tokens and memberships) are securely processed through the
Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase infrastructures. Financial informaon used
during payment (credit card, etc.) is processed directly by these plaorms and is never
seen or stored by our Company.
5. User Rights and Data Deleon Requests
Our users have full control over their personal data. You have the right to access, update,
or delete your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated
personal data, you can directly use the "Delete Account" (or equivalent) opon available
within the applicaon.
Addionally, you can contact us directly via the email address bilgi@elitcreave.com for
any requests regarding your data rights and data deleon processes. Your requests will be
processed as soon as possible.
6. Data Security and Retenon Period
Reasonable technical and administrave security measures are taken at industry standards
to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, modicaon, or deleon. Your
data is retained for as long as we provide services to you in line with the purpose of the
applicaon. When you perform the "Delete Account" acon within the applicaon, all your
personal data (name, email, prole picture, etc.) is immediately and permanently deleted
from our database.
7. Children's Privacy (Age Limit)
The Prüfsim applicaon is designed for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly
request or collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If we detect that a
user under the age of 16 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately and
permanently delete this informaon from our systems.
8. Changes and Contact Informaon
Our Company reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any me without
prior noce. Any changes made will take eect on the date the updated policy is published
in the applicaon. It is the user's responsibility to review this text periodically to stay
informed about our privacy pracces.
